Civil Engineering (CE)

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
(i) This will be over and above, Supernumerary to the approved intake.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
(i) This will be over and above, Supernumerary to the approved intake.

Information Science and Engineering (ISE)
(i) This will be over and above, Supernumerary to the approved intake.

Mechanical Engineering (ME)
(i) This will be over and above, Supernumerary to the approved intake.

Admission Process & Eligibility for UG
Regular, Management & Lateral Entry
A. Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates). As notified in KEA brochure.
B. Candidates should have a qualifying rank in either CET or COMED-K entrance test. CET will be conducted for the students of Karnataka by The Karnataka Examination Authority. Refer to the circular by the Government of Karnataka and KEA every year (https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/indexnew). COMEDK quota, test is conducted by Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association Authority, for both Karnataka and non-karnataka candidates. For details log on to http://www.comedk.org/. All the above may be subjected to revision from time to time by Government order.

A. Management quota seats are available for B.E, courses for students who meet eligibility criteria mentioned above. 25% of the sanctioned intake is reserved for Management Quota. Candidates need to visit the college to fill in the application form. Based on merit, the candidates who have filled in the application form will be called for counselling by the admission committee.
B. Every seat allotment and admission will be purely based on merit.
C. Candidates should have a qualifying rank in either CET/COMED-K/Any other national entrance test conducted during the admission year pertaining to engineering.

A. 10% of sanctioned intake, which will be over and above, Supernumerary to the approved Intake.
B. Vacant Seats: The seats, within the sanctioned intake, which remain vacant during previous year are allotted to lateral entry admission to second year.
C. The admission is completely through KEA.
D. All the above may be subjected to revision from time to time by Government order. Refer to the circular by the Government and KEA every year. (https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/indexnew)
