DECLARATION OF THE STUDENT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION TO THE COLLEGE

I hereby promise that I will :

1. Not deliberately abstain from classes , tests and exam inations.
2. Not participate in any strike or demonstrations and will not induce others to do so.
3. Not indulge in any act which will result in damage or loss to the College.
4. Not indulge in any act which will lower the prestige of .the College.
5. Not conduct myself in any manner which show dis -respect to any member of the staff of the College or my classmates.
6. Will be responsible for my valuable like mobile, laptop, money, Bank cards and shall have no claims against the Institute.
7. Utilise the library and other facilities of the College with care .
8. Abide by the rules and regulations of the College.
9. Maintain the class room attendance as per University norms.
10. I Voluntarily agree to pay amounts, chargeable by the Institute in order to provide services for extra & co -curriculum activiti es like pla cement, Conferences, Workshop , Seminar, Project related works, induction program , Alumni Associat i on fee, Career guidance & service fee , Digital Library, e-journals & e- learning fee , Domain Training , Personality Development, Soft skills training & Out bound training , Industrial visits , Industrial experts & CEO talks fee , Internet Magazine & Learning material fee, ISTE Membership & Chapter activities fee, Library Card, Technical Journals , Reading room fee , Group insurance fee , Sports fee, High -speed Wi - Fi , Internet fee , Internal assessment stationary & facilities, Newsletter fee, NSS fee , General amenities .
11. I shall clear all dues pertaining to the College towards tuition and other fees and to the Hostel towards boarding and lodging charges in time .
12. Vacate the hostel if I am detained at any stage .
13. Understand that I will not be permitted to appear to the university examination if I do not clear all the arrears due to the College and hostel.
14. Not indulge in any act of ragging the students and I will not induce others to rag .
15. I will not consume alcoholic drinks , alcoholic drugs tobacco in any form l ike gutkha / smoking etc ., nor will I force others in any form, or possess these things.
16. I will not indulge or participate in activities like misbehaviour with tea ching and non teaching staff and management of College and Society which are hazardous to public peace or which activities that amount to offences punishable under Indian Penal Code or any Act .
17. I will always ensure to keep my mobile phones in off mode during class hours.
18. Further understand that I am liable to be punished if I violate the general code of discipline and rules of the College and that I have no right to question any punishment imposed on me by the College authorities; the punishment being in the form of fine, suspension for definite period or expuls i on from the College .
19. I have seen the above rules of conduct and discipli ne of the college and I will hold myselfresponsible for any misconduct of my Son/ Daughter/ Ward . 1shall also make all arrangements to clear all the payments to be made by my Son/ Daughter/ Ward within 15 days of notice of such damage or loss caused .
20. I understand the cond itions under which I may become entitled to a refund of tuition fees and agree that the College authorities may retain the amount and 1 hereby undertake not to claim any refund whatsoever of any amount paid by me to the College authorities. I agree to clear all fees dues to the college in case of with drawl or discontinuation of the course.
